Terms of Service

1. What TableGuard Is

TableGuard is a no-show protection and confirmation system for restaurants. We are not a reservation system. Our service helps restaurants reduce no-shows by sending confirmation requests and collecting optional deposits from guests.

2. Account Usage

Restaurant is responsible for:

• Their staff accounts
• Guest data they enter

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Monthly billing
• Auto-renewal
• Cancel anytime
• No refunds for partial months (very normal SaaS rule)

4. Deposits & Charges

• Deposits go directly to the restaurant
• TableGuard does not hold guest money
• Restaurant is responsible for refund rules they set

This part protects you legally.

5. SMS & Email Usage

• You send messages on behalf of the restaurant
• Restaurant confirms they have permission to contact guests

6. Limitation of Liability

You are not responsible for:

• Missed reservations
• Guest behavior
• Revenue loss beyond your service fee

7. Termination

You can suspend accounts for abuse or illegal use.
